Adventure Elopement in Brandywine Meadows
This was such a last minute decision to head up into Brandywine Meadows in Whistler for Emma & Beau’s Elopement but I am so glad it happened. Beau drove the three of us and two of their closest friends up a tricky 4x4 road in their little suv and then we hiked up to the valley together. These two genuinely took off down the trail and Emma with her hair down didn’t even break a sweat. It definitely showed that they are incredibly fit and love adventuring together in the mountains. They actually had summited Brandywine Meadows last summer and that was why they ended up picking the meadows for their ceremony.
Emma & Beau both got changed by the river and then did a cute little sneak peek together. Emma went barefoot for the entire ceremony and celebration which I loved. They read private vows to one another at one end of the valley and then came back to an open spot by the river for their ceremony. One of their friends led their ceremony and read a really beautiful poem. It was beautiful celebrating with their friends in a spot that felt very true to them. Then we got to frolic around the valley taking photos and film photos.
I truly love all of these photos so much. It was such a treat to be able to be there to witness, celebrate and photograph this elopement in the mountains.
