Whistler Wedding at Nita Lake Lodge

Anna & Jake planned a small wedding ceremony with their closest family and friends this June in Whistler at the stunning Nita Lake Lodge. It was a perfect day with blue skies and warm spring weather. Considering the rain this June we got so lucky to have a sunny weekend. Anna & Jake were first planning to have a smaller ceremony at a waterfall in Pemberton but changed their minds and decided to get married at the Lodge. This way more of their friends and family could be there to celebrate. It was a beautiful day by the lake with incredible views of the mountains surrounding the valley.

The next morning we met up again and with Annas maid of honour and Jakes best man and we flew with Blackcomb Helicopters to the top of Rainbow Mountain. Their wedding was the perfect combination with the first day being spent with family and friends at their ceremony and reception, and the second spent up on the top of a mountain. With amazing views of Whistler and bluebird skies we had so much fun running around and taking photos. A lot of photographers don’t love having clear skies but I thought it created a really fun contrast. Thank you Anna & Jake for this incredible weekend!
