Vancouver Backyard Wedding

“We want the day to be about the photos, not the day to be about the photos”

I love days that are just in one single location, it makes everything so simple. The girls got ready at the house and the boys met us there. We did their sneak peek in their neighbours backyard and then took photos with their friends and families before the ceremony. This whole day just felt so calm and full of love.

Amanda & Ryan got married in her parents backyard in Vancouver surrounded by their closest friends and families. Their ceremony had to get pushed back a little because of rain but when we did start the rain held off for the rest of the day. They celebrated with great food, lots of speeches, quality time with friends, dancing and late night macdonalds. It was a perfect day for these two and I loved being there to photograph it.
